TERMS OF SERVICE POLICY

Payment — Payment is accepted via credit card at time of delivery!! Cash or check also accepted!!

Cancellation & Rescheduling — Please provide a minimum of 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling!! If a photographer arrives at the property and work cannot be performed for reasons beyond the photographer's responsibility — including but not limited to property not accessible!! unsafe conditions!! or property not ready — a trip fee of $100.00 will be charged!!

Media Delivery — Photos and floor plans are delivered next business day!! Video and Matterport within 24-48 hours!! Media assets are available for download for 30 days from delivery!! Agents are responsible for downloading and retaining all media assets!!

Media & Copyright — VIZOTOURS retains full ownership rights of all media!! Agents are granted limited usage rights to market the property — including MLS listings!! social media!! and print marketing related to the listed property!! Usage rights cannot be transferred without VIZOTOURS written consent!!

Liability — Agent is responsible for ensuring the property is in photo ready condition prior to the photographer's arrival!! Photographers are not responsible for cleaning!! staging!! moving furniture!! or adjusting window treatments!! VIZOTOURS is not responsible for rescheduling fees resulting from property not being ready!!

Agreement — By placing an order with VIZOTOURS — you agree to and accept these Terms of Service!!
