Payment is accepted via credit card at time of delivery. Cash and check are also accepted. By submitting a booking you confirm your agreement to these terms.

Please provide a minimum of 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. If a photographer arrives at the property and work cannot be performed for reasons beyond the photographer's responsibility — including but not limited to property not accessible, unsafe conditions, or property not ready — a trip fee of $100.00 will be charged.

The agent is responsible for ensuring the property is in photo-ready condition prior to the photographer's arrival. Photographers are not responsible for cleaning, staging, moving furniture, or adjusting window treatments. VIZOTOURS is not responsible for rescheduling fees resulting from the property not being ready. Please refer to our Home Prep Guide for detailed preparation tips.

Photos and floor plans are delivered the next business day. Video and Matterport 3D tours are delivered within 24–48 hours. Rush delivery may be available upon request subject to scheduling availability. Media assets are available for download for 30 days from delivery. Agents are responsible for downloading and retaining all media assets.

VIZOTOURS retains full ownership rights of all media produced. Agents are granted limited usage rights to market the listed property — including MLS listings, social media, and print marketing related to the listed property. Usage rights cannot be transferred to third parties without prior written consent from VIZOTOURS.

VIZOTOURS carries professional liability insurance and operates with full care and diligence on every project. VIZOTOURS is not responsible for delays caused by weather, property access issues, or circumstances beyond our control. Our liability is limited to the value of the booked service.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey. Any disputes shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation between the parties.

By placing an order with VIZOTOURS you agree to and accept these Terms of Service. VIZOTOURS reserves the right to update these terms at any time. The version in effect at the time of booking governs your project.
