To ensure the highest quality results, please prepare the home as if it were being shown for an open house.

What the eye sees, the camera captures. Every detail visible to the photographer will appear in the final images.

🔑 Before the Session

• Share this guide with the homeowner in advance

• Confirm the property is fully prepped and photo-ready

• Coordinate access if you will not be present at the time of the shoot

📆 Day of the Session

• Arrive 30 minutes early for a final walkthrough

• Ensure all areas are clean, organized, and camera-ready

• Note: The photographer cannot move furniture or personal belongings

• Highlight key features you’d like captured

• Be available for questions or direction throughout the session

🧹 Interior Checklist

• Open all blinds and curtains evenly

• Turn on all lights, including bathrooms

• Turn off all ceiling fans

• Close all toilet lids

• Neatly arrange furniture, bedding, and décor

• Clear countertops in kitchens and bathrooms

• Remove toiletries from showers and tubs

• Store personal or private items out of view

• Remove pet beds, bowls, toys, and related items

• Vacuum, sweep, and/or mop all floors

• Wipe down windows, mirrors, and shiny surfaces

• Remove smudges from stainless steel appliances

• Dust shelves, blinds, and surfaces throughout

• Turn off televisions and computer monitors

• Empty or conceal trash bins

• Open all interior doors and closets to be photographed

🌿 Exterior Checklist

• Remove “For Sale” signs (if tour is intended for MLS use)

• Move vehicles from the driveway and curbside areas

• Hide trash bins, hoses, tools, and garden supplies

• Uncover and arrange patio furniture neatly

• Open patio umbrellas if available

• Mow lawn and tidy up flower beds

• Clean pool and remove pool toys or floats
